Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CRM functionality using plug-ins, workflows, Power Automate, and JavaScript. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure the CRM system aligns with business objectives and integrates with other internal systems. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize CRM customizations and integrations. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers. Maintain documentation and follow best practices in version control and deployment. Mandatory Skills: Minimum 10+ years of overall IT experience. At least 5+ years of hands-on experience as an MS CRM Developer. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) . Strong knowledge of custom entities, workflows, plugins, Power Platform, and web resources . Expertise in CRM SDK, C#, .NET, and JavaScript. Experience with integration of CRM with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. Preferred Skills: Experience with PowerApps , Power Automate , and Azure . Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Additional Information: This role is Work From Office in Hybrid Mode .
