Position: Customer Relations Executive. Qualifications and Skills Required: - Any UG Degree, MBA Preferred. Minimum 3 + Yrs Experience must. Maximum Salary up to 25K only. Interpersonal Skills, Good Communication, and Client Relations skills. Must have Customer Co-Ordination and Client handling Skills. Marketing Presentation and Product Presentation Skills. Lead Generation, Lead Follow-up & Lead Conversion Skills. Experience in the Customer Cold-Calls. Experience to Increase the Customer's Direct walk-in's. Experience in maintaining customer records and databases. Must be having the Ms-Office tools skills (Excel, Word, PPT).
