Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Relationship Executive. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, building and maintaining business relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and handling client relations. Daily tasks will include communicating with clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Qualifications

Excellent skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations
Strong Communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the educational or tutoring industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
