Role: HR Intern As an HR Intern , you will play an active role in the recruitment process and talent management activities. You will work closely with the manager to assist in daily HR operations and gain practical exposure to end-to-end hiring. Key Responsibilities: Posting job openings across multiple job portals and social media platforms. Conducting telephonic interviews and initial screening of candidates. Performing cold calls to reach potential candidates and maintain engagement. Assisting the manager in daily HR operations and reporting. Maintaining and updating recruitment databases and tracking candidate progress. Supporting end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding assistance.
