Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to service enquiries, appointment booking, and follow-up.
  • Call customers to remind them about service due dates, periodic maintenance, and confirm appointments.
  • Explain service packages, AMC, warranty details, and promotional offers over the phone.
  • Coordinate between customers and service advisors to ensure smooth vehicle drop and delivery.
  • Update CRM / DMS with customer interactions, complaints, and follow-up status.
  • Handle customer feedback calls post service and record satisfaction rating (CSI).
  • Escalate customer complaints or unresolved issues to service manager.
  • Maintain excellent customer communication and ensure service satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Any Graduate / Diploma (Freshers can apply).
  • Good communication skills (English, local language).
  • Phone etiquette and customer service attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM / Excel).
