Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive - Onboarding

Department: Sales

Location: Kochi, Kaloor

Reports To: Sales Head - Vidya VS

Salary Package: INR 18000 - INR 22000


Job Overview


We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Jr. Executive – Customer Success to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting presales meetings, understanding client requirements, assisting customers with product-related queries, and conducting detailed platform demonstrations. This role bridges product knowledge, communication excellence, and sales assistance to ensure customers have a seamless onboarding experience.


Key Responsibilities


Participate in presales meetings with sales executives to capture and document customer requirements.


Deliver detailed platform walkthroughs covering features across RCS, SMS, WhatsApp, and other integrated communication APIs.


Respond to customer queries regarding product capabilities, use cases, and integration processes.


Work with the sales and technical teams to prepare customized proposals or feature presentations.


Assist in preparing customer requirement documents and solution proposals.


Maintain updated product knowledge to ensure accurate information delivery during client discussions.


Support onboarding and post-sales handovers to ensure customers transition smoothly to platform usage.


Maintain CRM entries and meeting notes to track customer progress and follow-ups.


Coordinate with internal teams for feature clarifications, demo setup, and technical feasibility checks.


Contribute to product feedback collection based on recurring customer queries or gaps identified during discussions.


Qualifications and Skills


Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.


0–2 years of experience in customer success, presales, or client servicing.


Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


Analytical mindset to understand customer needs and translate them into technical/functional requirements.


Basic knowledge of cloud or API-based communication services is an advantage.


Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions professionally.


Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and online meeting platforms.
