We are looking for a dedicated and motivated CRM to join our dynamic team and help elevate the patient experience through strategic customer relationship management.

Job Overview:

As the CRM, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing patient relationships, ensuring that the clinic delivers a seamless, positive experience from initial contact through ongoing care. You will play a key role in driving patient retention, satisfaction, and loyalty, contributing to the clinic's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with patients by offering personalized service and follow-ups.

  • Customer Experience Enhancement:

Work closely with clinic staff to ensure patients' needs are met promptly and efficiently. Improve patient satisfaction by addressing issues and feedback, ensuring a high level of service quality.

  • CRM System Management:

Manage and update the clinic’s CRM database. Ensure that patient information is accurate, secure, and utilized to optimize patient engagement and retention.

  • Patient Communication:

Oversee patient communication, including appointment reminders, treatment updates, follow-up calls, and marketing initiatives. Ensure all communication is consistent, professional, and aligned with clinic goals.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

Track and analyze patient data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in patient care and services. Generate regular reports on patient satisfaction, retention rates, and other key metrics.

  • Campaigns & Promotions:

Develop and execute CRM-driven campaigns to engage patients, promote clinic services, and encourage repeat visits.

  • Patient Feedback & Conflict Resolution:

Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively, ensuring resolution in a timely manner to maintain a positive clinic reputation.

  • Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally with the marketing, medical, and administrative teams to improve patient engagement, streamline processes, and enhance overall patient experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in CRM, customer service, or a similar role in a healthcare setting is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving skills with a patient-focused mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
