Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive to join our Customer Relationship and Retention (CRR) team under the Sales Operations department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing post-sales operations and ensuring seamless order fulfilment, customer service, and inter-departmental coordination. This role demands strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in ERP systems and Excel-based reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Post-Sales Operations and Fulfillment: * Process and monitor sales orders in the ERP system. * Manage dispatch processing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. 2. Customer Service: * Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. * Ensure regular follow-ups and provide updates on order status and dispatch schedules. 3. MIS Management and Reporting: * Maintain and update data in Excel sheets and generate ERP reports. * Prepare and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal review. 4.Department Coordination: *Ensure clear communication and alignment between departments to meet customer expectations. 5. Customer Relationship Management: * Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. * Act as a point of contact to resolve post-sales challenges effectively. * Support retention initiatives by addressing customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.
