Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Specialist, located in Gurugram. The Customer Relations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring customer retention. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
