Job Description

Quixa Hypermarket is seeking a passionate and empathetic Customer Relations Executive (CRE) to become the voice of our brand. As a CRE, you are the primary point of contact for our valued customers and play a critical role in our growth marketing ecosystem. Your mission is to ensure every customer has a positive and seamless experience, from their first inquiry to their loyal, repeat visits. You will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, managing feedback, and actively promoting our "Jeelife Rewards" loyalty program. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, a natural problem-solver, and is dedicated to building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for customers across multiple channels, including in-person at the customer service desk, telephone, email, and social media.
  • Problem Resolution: Listen to customer complaints and concerns with empathy, and work efficiently to find satisfactory solutions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and ensure follow-up.
  • Feedback Management: Actively collect customer feedback through various means (direct conversation, feedback forms, online reviews). Log all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Online Reputation Management: Monitor and respond professionally to customer reviews and comments on Google, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
  • Loyalty Program Champion: Proactively explain the benefits of the "Jeelife Rewards" program to new and existing customers, assisting with sign-ups and clarifying any questions about points and redemptions.
  • Information Hub: Maintain a thorough knowledge of store layout, ongoing offers, product availability, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Reporting: Compile regular reports on customer feedback trends, common issues, and customer satisfaction levels to share with the management and marketing teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
