Customer Relations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for service customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Ensure timely communication of service updates, repair progress, and delivery timelines.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments.
• Coordinate with service advisors and workshop teams for smooth operations.
• Follow up with customers for service reminders, pending work, and payment collections.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback after service.
• Handle complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the Service Manager.
• Ensure customer issues are addressed promptly to enhance retention.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
• Monitor customer satisfaction scores and work on improvement plans.
• Educate customers on service packages
• Ensure repeat business through proactive communication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of automobile service processes and technical terms.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Ability to handle multiple customer requests efficiently.
• Customer satisfaction index (CSI) score.
• Repeat customer ratio.
• Timely resolution of complaints.

Candidate Profile:
1/ Educational Qualification: Post Graduate or Graduate

2/ Should have 4 to 5 years of experience in same field.
3/ Should have good knowledge of Email & Excel

4/ Good communication skills both in Assamese,Hindi,English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
