Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager located in Kochi. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Customer service orientation and a customer-centric approach
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Experience in banking or financial services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
