Customer Relations Executive

You are a dynamic and empathetic Customer Relation Executive who will serve as the voice of Viyona Fintech. Your role involves interacting with customers through various channels such as call, chat, email, or in-person support. Your primary responsibility is to address customer queries related to transactions, product features, and onboarding. You will play a crucial role in educating customers about Viyona's products and services while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions. Additionally, you will be responsible for recording customer feedback to support continuous product improvement and collaborating with technical or operations teams to resolve escalated issues. **Key Responsibilities:** - Interact with customers via call, chat, email, or in-person support - Resolve queries related to transactions, product features, and onboarding - Educate customers about Viyonas products and services - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions - Record customer feedback and support continuous product improvement - Coordinate with technical or operations teams to resolve escalated issues **Key Requirements:** - Proven experience in customer support or client-facing roles - 1 to 2 years of experience preferred - Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment - Basic tech proficiency and familiarity with digital financial platforms is a plus You are encouraged to have a Bachelor's degree in any field and experience in fintech, banking, or BPO sectors is considered an advantage.
