Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive located in Mumbai. The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for managing client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns, managing feedback, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and enhance client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build meaningful client relations
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and providing excellent Customer Service
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
• Ability to understand and meet clients' needs and expectations
• Proactive problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in corporate gifting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
