Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for loan and credit card repayments
• Handle tele-calling / field collections as assigned
• Negotiate repayment and closure options professionally
• Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up records
• Adhere strictly to RBI guidelines and company conduct policies
• Resolve customer queries and escalate disputes appropriately

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
• Prior experience in collections / recovery is an advantage
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
• Basic knowledge of loans, EMIs, and repayment cycles
• Ability to handle objections and difficult conversations calmly
