Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive located in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The Customer Relations Executive will handle client relations, ensure enquiries are answered, and provide high-quality customer service. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, communication skills maintaining customer records, Good computer skills and facilitating excellent communication between the company and its clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction abilities
• Effective Customer Service and Communication Skills
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
