Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive located in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The Customer Relations Executive will handle client relations, ensure enquiries are answered, and provide high-quality customer service. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, communication skills maintaining customer records, Good computer skills and facilitating excellent communication between the company and its clients. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction abilities Effective Customer Service and Communication Skills Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
