Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management: Establish and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction and needs. 2. Customer Service: Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. 3. Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services. Provide clients with information on relevant offerings and their benefits. 4. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to gain insights into their evolving needs and preferences. Share feedback with relevant teams for product/service improvements. 5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback. Prepare regular reports on client activity, sales trends, and customer satisfaction.
