Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM to manage relationships with our customers, enhance customer satisfaction, and support retention and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
Follow up with customers post-service and post-sales to ensure satisfaction.
Collect feedback and suggestions to improve service quality.
Maintain a customer database and update service and communication logs regularly.
Coordinate with sales, service, and technical teams to ensure timely and quality customer support.
Generate reports on customer satisfaction, complaints, and retention metrics.

Requirements:

minimum 2-4 year of experience
Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automobile industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
