Our mission is to help people transform their lifestyle with expert-driven coaching and measurable progress.

We are looking for a passionate Customer & Partner Success Executive to drive growth, professional onboarding, and client success across our expanding community.

What You’ll Do

* Lead onboarding of fitness coaches, trainers, and professionals across categories

* Assist clients in finding the right professional based on fitness goals

* Support end-to-end social media & content marketing initiatives

* Present our platform and capabilities at events, workshops & digital forums

* Coordinate promotions, partnerships, and community engagement activities

* Support marketplace operations to improve user & trainer experience

* Work closely with founders on strategic planning & execution

* Assist in product improvement via feedback from users & trainers

* Help build scalable processes and operational playbooks

What We’re Looking For

* Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration (preferably HR specialization)

* 1–2 years experience in a fast-paced startup environment

* Strong communication & presentation skills

* Social media marketing familiarity (preferred)

* Relationship-building and negotiation skills

* Fitness enthusiast and passionate about the wellness ecosystem

* Ability to hustle, prioritise, multitask & work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
