Job Description

As a Customer Advocacy Specialist at our company, your role will involve executing, optimizing, and scaling our Advocacy programs within the Customer Base. You will be responsible for driving advocacy acts and amplifying our customers" voices in the market. The ideal candidate should be results-oriented, creative, and capable of collaborating across various teams such as marketing, customer success, sales, and product teams. Above all, you should be passionate about engaging with customers and transforming Cvent fans into advocates. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage Cvent's customer advocate platform, including content creation, new member recruitment, rewards fulfillment, member communications, and reporting. - Measure advocate engagement and develop a consistent engagement journey. - Maintain the content calendar and work with teams across the organization on different advocacy activities. - Establish relationships with customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer advocates and amplify their stories through testimonials, speaking engagements, videos, case studies, media, and more. - Assist with drafting and editing content as required. - Maintain an updated database of references and educate internal teams on customer advocacy programs and content. - Develop strategies to generate 5-star product reviews on public-facing review sites. - Assist in creating customer communications to drive advocacy programs and support lifecycle marketing campaigns. - Support in performance measurement across advocacy programs. **Qualifications Required:** - Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred) - 3 to 5 years of experience in customer advocacy programs, executing advocacy campaigns, and stakeholder coordination (US preferred) - Proficiency in basic and intermediate Excel is mandatory - Familiarity with Salesforce.com is preferred - Knowledge of Customer Marketing tools such as Influitive, Base.ai, etc., is preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Highly organized with a keen eye for detail - Ability to be flexible, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment - Team-oriented with collaborative work approach - Strong analytical and logical skills Please note that additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.,
