Customer Experience Specialist (Chat Process)

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers through chats in the designated market area to qualify leads and explain the services or products offered. Your main tasks will include responding to multiple inbound chats, gathering and verifying necessary information, communicating with customers via the internet and various software, providing information on promotions and products, quoting prices, securing orders, and arranging deliveries. Additionally, you will follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address queries, solicit further sales, and resolve any issues. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with prospective customers through chats to qualify leads and explain products/services - Respond to multiple inbound chats, gather necessary information, and verify details - Communicate with customers using internet and software to provide information and answer questions - Quote prices, secure orders, and arrange deliveries - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address queries, solicit sales, and resolve problems - Prepare sales activity reports and maintain a Sales Tracker - Be open to coaching, participate in performance planning, and embrace change - Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure exceptional customer experiences Qualifications Required: - HSC or above; age 18+ - Flexibility in working hours - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email - Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and navigate between chat and email efficiently - Professional demeanor with a problem-solving attitude - Quick thinking in a fast-paced environment - Experience working in a collaborative team environment Join us now and become a part of a team that focuses on creating better customer journeys.
