Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing regulatory service councils and board meetings in alignment with the annual calendar and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure documentation and minutes of meetings are accurately recorded and archived

Support Head CX Regulatory Compliance in the below activities:

Coordinate monthly Branch Level Customer Service Committee meetings across branches.
Support execution of Steering, Standing, and Board-level Customer Service Committees.
Track and close actionables from council meetings.
Disseminate regulatory circulars and ensure branch-level compliance

Regulatory Policy governance and Reporting :

Ongoing updation, and governance of
board-approved bank-level policies.
Ensure regular
advisory to branches
to disseminate information on key RBI circulars
Create awareness on key gaps in regulatory compliance and adverse observations by regulator to ensure compliance
Ensure compliance to circulars and notifications received from regulators
Oversight on regulatory compliance related to customer service and update processes accordingly
Co-ordinate with customers for senior management meetings, follow up and closure of customer feedbacks
Handling regulatory visits / observations reports, reporting to compliance
