We’re Hiring: Customer Experience & Operations Specialist
Location - Surat | Full-Time | On-site
Niveshaay Investment Advisors (SEBI Registered RA) is looking for a dynamic professional to manage client experience, operations, and Salesforce automation for our Equity Basket Division.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle client queries via calls, email & WhatsApp
• Coordinate webinars & client engagement activities
• Manage Salesforce for mailers, WhatsApp workflows & automation
• Maintain data for equity baskets (discounts, refunds, reports, lists, etc.)
• Draft concise communication for investors
Requirements
• Bachelors in Commerce / Finance with relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years work experience in customer relations / operations management
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Able to summarize reports/blogs into crisp updates
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Zoom & automation tools is a bonus
Pay:
Compensation will be determined based on your qualifications, experience and skill set.
