Customer Experience Manager

As a Customer Experience Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the entire footwear design and development process for a well-known brand in Chennai. Your role will involve overseeing the creation of innovative, high-performance sports footwear that meets market demands and brand standards. You will be tasked with managing every stage of the design and development process, starting from conceptualization to final production. Collaboration with product, marketing, and manufacturing teams will be crucial to ensure the timely and successful launch of high-quality products. Your expertise in material selection will play a key role in ensuring that the footwear meets performance, comfort, and cost efficiency standards. In addition, you will be required to liaise with international suppliers and Chinese manufacturing partners to maintain quality and meet delivery timelines. Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor products will be essential to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Establishing design guidelines and enforcing brand identity will also be part of your responsibilities. Your functional competencies will include expertise in footwear design and development, material selection, supplier coordination, quality assurance, trend analysis, and project management. You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sports footwear design and development, preferably with renowned brands like Nike or Adidas, and a degree in Footwear Design & Development.
