Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad for a Customer Experience Manager. The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for overseeing and improving customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing customer inquiries and complaints. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring customer service metrics, analyzing customer feedback, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. The role will also involve training and developing customer service staff to meet the company's high standards of service.
