Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Strong knowledge of CRM tools, analytics platforms, and customer engagement technologies.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
