As a Customer Experience Executive Welcome Desk at a retail branch banking, your role will involve managing the Welcome Desk to provide excellent customer service. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling customer queries and resolving them promptly within the defined Turn Around Time (TAT). - Managing deliverables such as welcome kits, cards, and cheque books efficiently. - Ensuring smooth branch operations and promoting the use of digital banking services. - Providing basic sales support and contributing to achieving branch sales targets. - Resolving customer complaints effectively and ensuring compliance with audit requirements. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A minimum of 1 year of experience in banking or customer service. - Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers. - A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, as per the job description, candidates should possess a Graduate or Post-Graduate degree. It is also required to have a PwD certificate or a UDID card.
