Roles and Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, or chat support. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products/services offered by the company. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of complex customer complaints. Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, etc. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in a similar role (customer-facing). Strong communication skills with ability to articulate thoughts clearly over phone/email/chat. Proficiency in basic computer applications like MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends if required.
