You will be responsible for various key functions within the role: Lead Generation & Business Development: - Proactively identifying and generating leads through cold calling, networking, and market research. - Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline and converting leads into sales opportunities. - Conducting market analysis to uncover new business opportunities and industry trends. Requirements: - Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate. - Experience: 1 to 4 years in industrial field sales (preferably in industrial automation). Freshers may also apply. Skills & Competencies: - Excellent communication and negotiation skills (fluency in English preferred). - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. - Target-driven with a proactive sales mindset.
