Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience with Unix, Oracle, SQL & Mongo DB. - Providing L2 production support for Incident/problem/change management. - Knowledge of ServiceNow and awareness about ITIL. - Handling MIM/triages during issues. - Effective stakeholder communication. - Good communication skills. - Flexibility to work in shifts. - Awareness of alerting and monitoring tools like AppDynamics / Kibana.
