Job Description

I. Planning and Execution:
Execute Power of Attorney (POA) registrations in coordination with NMS GlobalVentures.
Oversee the execution of fixation registrations to obtain guideline valuedocuments.
Supply accurate and updated information about stock availability in allprojects to the Sales Head or Project Manager, following the
ManagingDirectors instructions.
Ensure the Sales team is well\-informed to make strategic decisions based oncurrent inventory levels.
Prepare comprehensive final work reports detailing Channel Partnerinformation.
Maintain transparency and facilitate information within the organizationthrough detailed reporting.
Ensure systematic tracking of Channel Partner interactions to meet theirneeds efficiently.
Determine commission slabs for Channel Partners (Brokers).
Register Channel Partners by collecting details such as:Name , Contactdetails , Address , Identity proofs,Bank details , Teamstrength , Experience , References
Before registration, explain the companys terms and conditions.
Provide detailed information about all appropriate projects and stockavailability. Coordinate with the internal team for Channel Partner meetings\/events. Continuously follow up with unregistered Channel Partners to encourageregistration. Follow up with registered Channel Partners for new clients and completion ofongoing bookings to ensure completion of registration within the stipulatedtime.
