Job Description

CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS RESOURCE

Create and implement growth campaigns using Customer Engagement Platform for channels like email, SMS, Mobile push notification, in-apps etc.
Assess and evaluate campaign performance and report insights periodically.
Create and schedule promotional in-app banners and offers in CRM tools across functions.
Work closely with the creative and design team to get the creative assets as per business requirement.
Ability to analyse, understand and identify insights from data by using MS Excel.
Maintain and analyse internal business trackers in Excel for periodic evaluation.
Additional cross functional ownership on CRM tools for discount creation, complaints tracking and gamification modules.

Primary Skills

Mandatory Knowledge and work experience of customer relationship management and communication systems like: MoEngage, CleverTap etc
Knowledge of building, scheduling and evaluating performance of Push Notification, In App Banners, Whatsapp campaigns for the customers.
Proficiency in using MS Excel for analysing data, building pivots, funnels.
Ability to execute online communications (push notifications, InApp Banners, Whatsapp) campaign responsibilities with a detailed understanding of business requirements, objectives, and priorities.
Ability to work in a cross functional environment.
Demonstrated success in executing compelling communications programs.
Capability to understand, learn and use CRM tools which will be taught during onboarding KT sessions.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Experienced with Microsoft Office products
HTML knowledge is a plus

Education

UG: Any Graduate
PG: Post Graduation Not Required
Key Skills: 2+ years experience in Customer Engagement Platform
