📅 Work Mode :- On-site | ⏱️ Shifts :- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

📌 Working Days :- 6 days/week | 🧑‍💼 Experience :- Minimum:- 6month-1 year.

Salary Slab :- 30k - 33k In hand

Position Overview:-

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused professionals for the role of – Customer Support (Voice Process) to join our dynamic team in Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

📍Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with professionalism and empathy.

📍Address customer queries and concerns effectively, ensuring prompt resolution.

📍Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.

📍Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and service delivery.

📍Communicate textually as well as verbally with end users.

📍Coordinate with customers, labs, hospitals to ensure the service.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

👉Minimum 6months-1 year of experience in a voice-based customer support role.

👉Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

👉Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

👉Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

👉Basic computer proficiency and CRM tool knowledge is a plus.
