Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Representative located in Prayagraj. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Daily tasks will involve handling customer support cases, communicating effectively with clients, and utilizing interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships.
