Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Representative, located in Saket. The Customer Care Representative will handle day-to-day tasks including providing exceptional customer support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining clear and professional communication with clients.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
