Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Professional located in Kochi. The Customer Care Professional will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries and issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The individual will handle a range of tasks including responding to emails and phone calls, resolving complaints, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• Experience in customer service or a similar role
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
