Customer Care Manager

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the automobile sales field or customer care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of customer handling techniques and CRM systems.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to multitask and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle all customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers before and after vehicle delivery.
• Coordinate with the sales, service, and delivery teams to ensure smooth customer journeys.
• Resolve customer concerns effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Conduct post-sale follow-ups and satisfaction surveys.
• Assist in showroom customer walk-ins and provide information when required.
• Support the sales team by understanding customer needs and providing service-related inputs.
• Prepare and share reports on customer feedback and improvement areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
