Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Care Manager based in Guwahati. The Customer Care Manager will be responsible for managing customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing support. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, analyzing customer feedback, and improving communication channels. This role allows for some work-from-home flexibility.
