Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Manager at MISO by Sonia, located in Surat. The Customer Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer support functions. Day-to-day tasks will include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, developing customer service policies, and using analytical skills to improve customer care processes. The role will also involve leading and mentoring the customer service team, ensuring effective communication across all channels, and maintaining high customer service standards.
