Customer Care Manager

As a Customer Care Manager at our company based in Pune, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing our customer service operations. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as a customer service manager, with a strong understanding of customer service software such as Live chat. Clear verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with familiarity with management techniques. A Graduation and Master's degree are required qualifications for this position, along with proficiency in MS Office.
