Job Description

Candidate will be leading a Team of 30+ Team Members and Project Leaders of NSEIL helpdesk.

Encourage / motivate team member for new initiative and value addition.

Managing Project Profit and Loss account within the Gross margin Target assigned by the organisation.

Plan, execute, track, and manage other projects assigned.

Define the projects scope and determine available resources.

Organizing and motivate the team assigned.

Set realistic deadlines and communicate the same to different stakeholders.

Estimate cost and develop the budget for the new Project assigned.

Identify and evaluate potential Project risks.

Managing reports and necessary documentation.

Lessoning with Sales for New Business and Business growth within Existing Project.

Review Project Lead mapped to him on daily basis.

Organizational and time-management skills. Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines.

Ensure Stakeholder and client Satisfaction.

Evaluate Daily Project Performance.

Work on suggestion/ feedback which received from the Customers (Trading Member/Participants).

Arrange knowledge session / trainings / download session on the new products.

Make the process documents and maintain the same, also make sure that the team is following the process as per guideline.

Prepare checklist and encourage team member to follow the checklist.

Prepare standard responses and make the changes whenever required from client, also make sure that the team is using the same while responding to Customers (Trading Member/Participants).

Ability to handle escalation and maintain good repo with customer (Trading Member/Participants).

Maintain good coordination between Management and Client.

Maintain good coordination between HR and Team Member

Keep the track of pending queries/issues and Coordinate with multiple department/team to resolve the issues before TAT.

Understand the process of business teams and provide the solution to customers (Trading Members).

Prepare KT document and ensure Product Refreshers periodically.
