Customer Care Manager

Location : Pune

Customer Care Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily workflow within the customer service department
Manage & facilitate daily customer calling
Create and track customer service goals
Supervise a team of customer service representatives
Document all interactions with clients
Respond to customer inquiries on a regular basis
Manage daily progress in meeting important business metrics
Generate detailed reports on customer interactions
Provide additional upskilling or learning opportunities for team members

Skills and Qualifications:

Relevant experience in customer service manager minimum 2 to 3 years.
Strong understanding of customer service software eg. Live chat, etc.
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with management techniques
Need Graduation and Master's degree
MS Office
