We are hiring Technical Support Executives for our Voice Process team. If you have good communication skills and are comfortable handling customer queries over calls, this role is for you!


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to technical issues.
  • Provide real-time troubleshooting support.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines.
  • Document and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements:


Experience: 1 to 3 years in Technical Support (Semi Voice Process).


Languages: English + any one regional language (Kannada, Hindi or Telugu).


Skills: Good communication and problem-solving abilities.


Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
