Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Care Executive. The Customer Care Executive will handle day-to-day customer support tasks, ensure customer satisfaction, manage service inquiries, and engage with customers effectively. This hybrid role is based in the Kolkata metropolitan area with some work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Sales
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field is preferred
