Job Description

We're seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, chat, or other channels. The successful candidate will resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. 2. Provide product/service information, troubleshooting, and technical support. 3. Document customer interactions accurately and update CRM systems. 4. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and resolution targets. 5. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) to resolve customer issues. 6. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends. Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 4. Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools. 5. Previous customer support experience (preferred but not essential). 6. Strong analytical and time management skills.
