Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their inquiries and registration of complaints.
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers by using the right tools, processes, and procedures.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and provide appropriate solutions to their concerns.
  • Make outbound calls to promote products and services.
  • Generate leads and set appointments for sales teams.
  • Meet performance metrics such as average handle time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Update customer information in the database as needed.
  • Adhere to call centre policies and procedures.
  • Co-ordinate with regional teams to resolve customer escalations

Requirements:

  • UG degree in any stream, Diploma/ Engineering candidates preferred.
  • Basic knowledge in MS office (Excel and PPT)
  • Good communication skills (English and a regional language are a must).
  • Candidates who can converse in Hindi is preferred.
  • Experience in inbound technical call centre operations or similar environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
