Requirements

  • Excellent language skills in Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam/Hindi, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Diploma in any field (3 years) or 15+ years of education
  • Experience in voice process or a related field is an asset
