Job Description

Kimti is a fast-growing premium jewellery brand, and we are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer communication and support for our online store. Job Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Email & Calls Assist customers with order status, delivery, returns & exchanges Coordinate with internal team for quick issue resolution Maintain polite, professional, and brand-friendly communication Update customer data and basic reports on computer systems Ensure high customer satisfaction at all times Requirements:Must understand and write English Basic computer knowledge (Email, WhatsApp Web, Excel/Google Sheets) Good typing speed and attention to detail Strong communication and patience in handling customers Freshers can apply (training will be provided) Education Qualification:Minimum: 12th Pass Salary:₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (depending on skills & experience) Working Hours:11:00 AM – 8:00 PM 1 weekly off Job Location:📍 Punjab Wadi, Ramabai Colony, Ghatkopar East, Mumbai Why Join Kimti?
