Job Description

This job involves ensuring 100+ Tele-Calling every day and pitching new customers for Gold Loans. You will be responsible for lead generation for cross-selling products at the Branch and ensuring successful conversions. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with different Branch staff and managers for closure of deals. Your role will also include supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department and responding promptly to customer service issues. It will be essential to create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards to enhance overall customer satisfaction. As part of the job, you will report to the Chief Relationship Officer (CRO) and work towards meeting set targets by generating accurate MIS reports. You will also be required to develop customer satisfaction goals and collaborate with the team to achieve them consistently. Moreover, maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions will be a crucial aspect of the role.,
